LOGISTICS & ACCESS
- Travel, accommodation, and meals for the team are to be arranged or reimbursed by the client.
- The client must ensure entry permissions, event access & coordination with relevant venue/decor teams.
- Any additional event coverage beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
DELIVERY & APPROVALS
- All reels & stories are delivered digitally via Google Drive / secure cloud link.
- All content concepts and moodboards will be pre-approved by the clients.
- Re-edit requests beyond minor tweaks may incur additional charges.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
BOOKING PAKKI KAISE HOGI
- 60% Advance at the time of booking to lock your event dates.
- 40% Balance on the first day of coverage.
AGAR PLAN CHANGE HO JAYE
- 25% of the total project value is non-refundable once booked.
- 50% Deduction for cancellations within 10 days of the event.
- Full Payment Due for cancellations within 48 hours of event start.
